Atleast cancel my connection and refund my recharged & deposited money if you can't appoint service engineer in my area
The engineer gopi which was shown in app was not in jio team now he already left jio few weaks before
Still jio sets appointment for him
My Jio Fiber has been unable to receive any signal for one week (orange light keeps blinking).
I raised a complaint on MyJio on last Monday, but I still haven’t received any call or update. The issue has not been resolved till now.

And he claims that there is no service engineer in my place
