We've been working hard to make Altilium more powerful and easier to use!
Shortcuts app support creates a new pre-configured session at the tap of a button.

Very happy to have released the latest update of @Altiliumapp - record time App Store review of sub 1 hour! This release fixes a number of SwiftUI bugs (the entire accentColor died in iOS 15... FB9165375) and has some user experience improvements.

@jeffrey_vinocur@cardiochar The app is not validated for each manufacturer, the intricacies of their behaviour are commercially sensitive and are not available to us. The app makes assumptions regarding the use of voltage multipliers above the cell voltage. We would be very interested to hear any feedback
Varying capture thresholds in physiologic pacing make automatic capture algorithms unreliable.... optimise your lead outputs and get the morphology you want #dontdisthehis
@stroughtonsmith Launched @AltiliumApp last month! Allowing cardiac physiologists to determine optimal configuration for saving battery life on pacemakers, prolonging the units’ lifetime. Written mainly with SwiftUI and a bit of Introspect.
Utilised @Altiliumapp in CRT clinic today and managed to add another 1.5 years to this device through LV output optimisation. Super easy to use and excellent results all round!👏🫀

Don’t underestimate the contribution of lead impedance to device longevity. Often LV pacing to an RV coil (lower impedance) will create a larger energy output and therefore current drain, than bipolar pacing.
Took minutes to use and saved years on the battery 🔋
Used @Altiliumapp to optimise the LV lead in a CRTP - safe to say it did its job! Fixed the outputs to 0.3ms and gained at least a year on the battery! Download on the AppStore — https://t.co/WoIcCCIfRF

Very excited to launch @AltiliumApp today! Month or two in development and my first foray into SwiftUI. Perfect companion app for medical professionals who deal with optimising pacemakers in their day to day!
Fast, clean and easy to use
