You also say that the correct toll is calculated within a few hours, yet I’ve been charged full rate for all trips, which was calculated instantly at the point of sale.

@M6tollRoad Still trying to get my receipt, days after travelling. This is not good when I need the receipt for expenses. Plus, why print a paper receipt to tell me to download, when you could just print me a receipt?

@jamiesutherland @findingfunnies1 The latest nonsense is now they give you a paper receipt to tell you to download your receipt, as they want to save paper. Thing is, I now have to print it at home on a piece of A4 paper, which could print several receipts, so no paper saved.
