My good people of Osun State, today marks three years since I assumed office as your Governor. I remain deeply grateful for your trust and support. When we came in 2022, our state was burdened by unpaid salaries and pensions, abandoned projects, weak infrastructure, poor exam performance, and a collapsing health and water system. Three years later, the Osun story has changed for the better.
We revived the Ilesa Water Project, rehabilitated and upgraded over 200 hundred PHCs, improved health insurance, and upgraded our hospitals. In education, we renovated schools, restored bursaries, completed abandoned university projects, and moved Osun from 33rd to 7th in national examinations. Our agricultural revival brought 31 new tractors, subsidized seedlings, and strong support for farmers. In the digital sector, we introduced ICT and innovation policies and inaugurated a top-level Digital Economy Advisory Board.
Our infrastructure drive delivered over three hundred kilometres of internal roads, multiple flyovers, improved drainage, and solar street lighting across major routes. We cleared nearly ₦100 billion in salary and pension arrears, strengthened public service morale, grew our IGR by almost 94%, and cut domestic debt by over ₦65 billion. Tourism, culture, and sports have also received renewed attention and investment, making Osun a rising hub for creativity and heritage.
As we mark this anniversary, I reaffirm my commitment to a more prosperous, inclusive, and innovative Osun State. Despite challenges like the ongoing withholding of local government allocations, we remain focused and determined.
Thank you for your continued support.

I have commenced the rehabilitation of the Ikire–Oluponna–Iwo Road, stretching from UNIOSUN Ikire Campus through Agbora and Oosa Village to Bowen University, Iwo. This strategic intervention is aimed at boosting agricultural marketing, improving transportation, and enhancing the socio-economic wellbeing of residents along the corridor. It also marks another significant milestone in my commitment to strengthening rural infrastructure across Osun West.
Residents, farmers, and community stakeholders have expressed deep appreciation for this timely effort, noting that the long-abandoned road had crippled economic activities and made movement extremely difficult, especially during the rainy season. Leaders from Agbora, Oosa, and Oluponna described me as a genuine grassroots developer, while farmers from Ayedire emphasized that the rehabilitation will open new opportunities for moving produce swiftly to major markets, thereby reducing post-harvest losses and encouraging higher productivity.
Community elders, students, and staff of both UNIOSUN Ikire and Bowen University also commended the project, highlighting its positive impact on inter-community mobility and academic interactions. With this intervention, I have once again demonstrated a leadership style rooted in action, empathy, and responsiveness to the needs of the people I represent. The overwhelming commendations from the communities reaffirm their trust in my dedication to delivering transformative and people-centered projects.
Sentenced🚨🚨🤦♂️💔😭
After so many years , The court has found Namdi Kanu guilty on counts 4 and 5 of inciting v*olence during the #EndSARS
protests, resulting in the k*lling of security personnel and the destruction of government properties in Lagos.
His number of years in prison hasn’t been stated yet but it’s going to be yearsssssssssss .
Meanwhile, the same government is negotiating with Fulani terrorist who k*dnapped and sl*ught£red people for fun.
Where's the justice?
If you can negotiate with Fulani t*rrorist, why can't you do the same with Nnadi Kanu?
Is it because he's Igbo?
