I talk a lot about JRPGs, streamer, U.S Army 7+ years and going, currently addicted to marvel rivals and so many other games. add me on rivals AlureDivineXVI
@edeh_o_o this is super early into the season, this isn’t actually GM players. GM is never this high lmao. give it like a week or two and it starts going to about 90%. also i think GM is pretty causal, it’s not an impressive rank but it’s not terrible either, hope this makes sense.
@silenth7lls from my personal experience it’s good amount games, being able to play what the team needs, communication, and discipline with Ults. Feel like most of the time teams either over use ults or use them in a situation with no value.
@UltRankSSB i haven’t played this game in like maybe over a year or so (boring and i got burnt out) but no way Luigi is S tier now?? who’s influence is this lmao
as leader you need to make sure cohesion and communication is adhered. everyone opinions matter. also it’s just baffles me that a tournament with $40k on the line, and 5 of yall were like “we just care about vibes”. vibes ???
they are there to COMPETE.
I’m sorry I failed to realize that I need to take proper accountability on here as well. Many of you saw my replies and they were defensive, deflecting, and argumentative. I was busy fighting to defend myself and I’ve deleted them now because I realized what you guys really wanted from me was a sincere apology.
As a team captain I have a responsibility to make accommodations for ALL my teammates. While advocating for my widow otp, I also need to better respect Kingsmans wishes. Once the team environment became disruptive I needed to deescalate with a solution for both parties. A simple “hey guys, let’s try this game with widow, then the next one we can switch things up” could have worked.
Emotions were high and I failed to notice which resulted in me snapping at Kingsman. I apologize as no matter what, raising voices and instantly shutting down a teammate is not the right thing to do. I also should have reprimanded the comments directed at Kingsman once the scrims were over. I needed to hold everyone accountable.
I also apologize for calling Kingsman a loser. And I should not have read that chat in the first place. It was very disrespectful as Kingsman was just trying to win. And as a leader I needed to lead without emotions and a clear view. I said good vibes are important but failed to create that properly
Before Kingsman’s video went out I had already reflected which is why I didn’t realize YOU guys needed to hear it too. I’m sorry my Twitter fingers went first and not this. I tried my best to be ready as a captain, preparing a spreadsheet with various comps and playstyles. But I learned that being a team captain is more than strategies it’s about EVERYONE on the team. They all need to have a say.
You as a team captain fostered a hostile environment in which one player (kingsman) was ostracized and treated like shit. He brought up a very real and valid concern around draft in a respectful way, saying that widow was a weak pick into dive and that it would cause issues in the tournament. He never cursed, he was respectful and didn't insult any players. In response you and the rest of your team (excluding the sub and puffer) berated him with insults, repeatedly told him to shut up, and after he was quiet YOU brought it back up and insulted him MORE. Here are the facts, zaza repeatedly went negative in the scrim. He brought up a valid concern, you insulted him and then all went "afk" to waste his time. Then you got him removed from the tournament after he left, simply because he wanted to win a decent sum of money in a competitive tournament. You should be ashamed, especially after trying to paint yourself in a good light. Congrats tho you got him kicked, lost the tourney, and made a majority of the marvel rivals scene hate you!
I’ve been in a fighting game mood as of recent and idk if I want to go back to Smash or Granblue Fantasy. is smash still active because I’ve been gone for over a year 🥲
