Wlcm to the nightmare of purchasing a home with DRH!
My hubs was a proud 1st time home owner, but this builder has NO pride in building good homes for their loyal customer base. They do sloppy work. They laid concrete on the main pipe & caused us thousands to repair.

Kids need consequences. This is different than punishments. A consequence is when students are held accountable for repairing harm, is logical & relates to the offense, and builds empathy.

Punishments build fear or indifference & don't teach empathy.
