@buildcanada@jesseleeonx I think this is a great tool but it only tells half of the story. Entrepreneurs go to California to increase their odds of getting the $400m exit - things like more ready access to capital and a 10x larger market matter all increase the odds of the getting to the large outcome.
This is REALLY bad for GOLD. Scientists can literally recreate Gold in a lab and this makes Gold no longer scarce.
For those that think I am being alarmist or dramatic, study the Diamond chart since the same thing happened and scientists created lab grown diamonds.
Neither the human eye nor with a mag glass can tell the difference and the cost is about 1% of the original.
Once people realize this, there will be a huge shift into Bitcoin.

On the more thoughtful, no hype discussions on the tariffs I've come across. Swiss watches as a case in point on how producers will respond to the tariffs. https://t.co/yrmpTE0Zvq via @YouTube
@RyanAFournier You all know that’s exactly what Putin did when his original 2 terms were over too right? - Putin traded places with his #2 until he came back and then changed the constitution to remove term limits.
@andrewchen "Subject shows no overt aggression or hostile ideology but is dangerous by clarity, not chaos. Potential exists for the subject to become a quiet keystone in decentralized disruption networks — not by leadership, but by design."
I guess as these assessments go, that's not bad.
@elerianm Just because it’s not what economists term inflation, as defined as the increase of prices due to the expansion of the money supply beyond the aggregate demand of the economy, doesn’t mean prices won’t go up. They will because what used to cost $100 now cost $125
@Ayeto19@elerianm Yes there will be other countries to import from but given the higher transportation costs and longer lead times of importing overseas rather than next door neighbors it’s not clear it will be cheaper.
@RobertMSterling PS - the outsourcing companies have been abusing the H1B program for over a decade now, so not surprised with your findings. I had thought the 1st Trump Administration did away with that abuse.
@RobertMSterling is there a way to cut your analysis to approved applications only? Interested to see how the story changes / doesn't change if you look at only granted H1Bs
@henrythe9ths@techcycleev ex-reforger here - product design is important and does need to address pain points otherwise there is no reason for users to engage. The use of loops is orthogonal to that however - it's a growth strategy that seeks to generate compounding returns from your GTM efforts.
