@Basssem666 762-760 for a tactical long invalidated on a close below, or do you give it the overnight session? That gap is why I've moved the size to perps on OKX, where the session never actually ends.
@CryptoSays Trading the extremes is right, and the hard part is that the range only becomes visible after it's held twice. I'd rather be paid to wait at the edges selling premium into the extremes on OKX beats guessing the middle.
@ohiain Do you apply the same 30-minute rule to adds, or only to new entries? The opening range is where I've done most of my damage. Crypto has no equivalent, which is its own trap OKX runs all night and so does the temptation.
@dannycheng2022 The honest part of this is showing size while it was uncomfortable that's the bit nobody screenshots. Accumulation posts are only credible with the drawdown attached. I keep the crypto sleeve on OKX for the same reason: one book, nothing to hide behind.
@AtifHussainOG Pressure does force adaptation the turn is that it also forces size, and size is what kills accounts. Better to put the pressure on the process than on the balance; mine sits on OKX.
@sirrillahfx From where I sit on OKX the gap-fill thesis is fine, but it needs a stop: what price tells you 66k was wrong rather than early? Without that, 50k and 100k are the same trade.
@FTDA_US@sethginns@CoinDesk Institutional momentum shows up in custody and settlement rails and in which venues actually clear size, which is why I keep the book on OKX
@dannycheng2022 โBigโ means nothing without percentage of net worth it's how I size the crypto sleeve on OKX because 400 shares is a rounding error or a mortgage depending entirely on who's holding it.
@kyalashish Record-low volatility into monthly expiry is the real tell the level matters less than what breaks the calm. I keep the crypto side on OKX.
