Here is my HONEST opinion on this entire #RameshTaurani vs #VashuBhagnani tussle over #ChunariChunari song -

I think Mr Bhagnani is simply trying to arm-twist @tipsofficial to extract some money out of them just before the release of #HaiJawaniTohIshqHonaHai.

The audio rights of both 'Chunari Chunari' & #IshqSonaHai belong to #Tips as they bought them at a price in 1998-1999. #DavidDhawan and Ramesh Taurani are using ONLY "songs", not the visuals of #BiwiNo1 in their latest film.

Moreover, Mr Ramesh Taurani was responsible for launching the career of Mr Bhagnani as a producer... as Tauranis had extended #CoolieNo1 (the 1st movie of Mr Bhagnani) to him in 1995. And they worked together on many films after this. Mr Bhagnani should NOT forget this act of generosity.

Also, Vashu Bhagnani ji behaved in a petty & malicious manner when he filed a legal case in Bihar which is so far from Mumbai. If he genuinely was serious about the case, he would have filed it in Mumbai as that would have been convenient for both parties.

It's truly sad to see Vashu ji stooping to this level and trying to harass someone who has ALWAYS helped him. Hope the better sense prevails.

Anyway, the release & box-office prospects of 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai' will remain UNAFFECTED by this controversy.
