@dand31 No, but it protects the club for the fans so you actually have a club. We nearly lost ours.
Infrastructure can be fund raised for and as @KieranMaguire says, why is there an expectation that clubs shouldn’t be sustainable?
Final thought, what would the trust do with the money?
Would be absolutely crazy for #ycfc fans to vote for this.
#oafc have been there, very recently, with bad owners. Many examples of good owners turned bad across the EFL.
Not saying anything bad will happen with Ugg & Ugg but who knows what the future holds.
If anyone's interested in what the Supporters Trust share deal documents actually say, I pulled out the key bits. Worth a read before the vote closes on the 27th. #ycfc
@dand31 Ever heard of Chansiri? Just pulled day to day funding and basically let the club die. No protection against that.
The protections are great, but most Trusts would kill for such a significant shareholding.
@Dandale1 It's just bizarre you're squad should be having the time of their lives today and he's taking time out to find tweets and reply to them. Enjoy your day man 😅 genuinely think you'll be signing better than him too
@kieranmcandrew ‘Break in play’
Yet I noticed it enough to get several pictures over the course of a few minutes.
Not like he whipped it out for five seconds and I was there long lens at the ready.
@Davidjt43 He’s ’visible’ for about two hours a week, maybe four if there is a midweek game.
Really interested in improving his own game. You hear of some footballers who’ll watch the third tier of the Antarctic penguin league.
Our Kav can’t be arsed with the game in front of him.
@oafcMB The difficulty is getting the long lens past security. They keep thinking it’s a flare. That and synchronising the flash of the floodlights with my shutter.
I’ve heard this and some stick back at me for the photo.
I’m not the dickhead liking oppositions tweets/goals etc and then caught on my phone at the game. Bit silly to have his phone.
I hope he sorts out whatever the issue is and scores goals galore after a summer reset #oafc
Anyway. Nice to see the two young ‘uns get on the pitch and I’m excited to see that new striker again next season, if only at right back. Can’t fault Sutton for his attitude, brilliant.
Great way to finish the season but final word goes to the record breaker…
…Hudson.
