🚨🇹🇷 RICHARD HEART IN TURKEY — DID HE DISCOVER THE ULTIMATE 0% TAX PARADISE?
Here’s something that makes the Richard Heart story even more interesting.
While everyone is talking about his reported arrest in Istanbul, almost nobody is discussing Turkey’s extraordinary new tax regime.
And believe me, this deserves attention.
Since 2026, Turkey has introduced a legal 0% income tax exemption on qualifying foreign-source income for up to 20 YEARS!
Yes, you read that correctly. TWENTY YEARS.
Under the new Article 20/D:
💰 0% Turkish income tax on qualifying foreign earnings
🌍 Foreign investments and other eligible foreign-source income can benefit
📅 Exemption lasts up to 20 years
🏠 You must become a Turkish tax resident
⏳ You generally must not have been a Turkish resident or taxpayer during the previous three calendar years
📄 You must obtain an exemption certificate
And here’s the really interesting part: qualifying exempt foreign income doesn’t even have to be included in the annual Turkish income tax return.
Turkey is openly competing to attract internationally mobile wealth.
Now let’s talk about Richard Heart.
The founder of HEX, PulseChain and PulseX reportedly lived in Istanbul’s wealthy Beşiktaş district.
He has also been wanted by Finnish authorities over allegations of aggravated tax fraud.
And suddenly, the question becomes fascinating.
WHAT IF TURKEY WAS PART OF A MUCH BIGGER TAX STRATEGY?
Think about it.
Imagine someone controlling hundreds of millions in crypto assets, earning investment income internationally and potentially qualifying for a regime that exempts foreign-source income for two decades.
On $10 million of qualifying annual income, a hypothetical 30% tax rate elsewhere would mean $3 million a year.
Over 20 years? That’s $60 MILLION before accounting for changes in earnings or tax rules.
Now imagine having substantially more wealth.
Wouldn’t you at least investigate that opportunity?
But there’s a catch: not every crypto gain or foreign-company payment automatically qualifies, and the timing of residency matters.
Here’s my theory.
Perhaps Turkey wasn’t a random destination. Perhaps its appeal was the combination of lifestyle, geographic flexibility and a newly attractive tax system.
Could Heart have been positioning himself for long-term financial advantages?
Could Istanbul have been more than a temporary stop?
We don’t know. There’s no public proof he applied for this exemption, qualified for it or moved because of taxes.
And a 2026 exemption wouldn’t erase any earlier Finnish tax liabilities.
But the coincidence is interesting enough to ask questions.
Meanwhile, European governments are debating higher taxes on wealth, property and inheritance.
Turkey is moving in another direction for qualifying foreign income.
One country sees internationally mobile wealth as something to attract. Others increasingly see it as something to tax.
And maybe that’s the bigger story here.
The future of financial freedom might depend just as much on where you legally live as on which assets you own.
Richard Heart’s real reason for being in Turkey remains unknown. But the 0% tax opportunity is very real.
Coincidence? Or strategic thinking?

All the bottom signal influencers came out to tell us that PulseChain is worth buying.
🇹🇷 What happens if PulseChain Coins recover the TURKEY DUMP fud?
I've never seen 35+ major KOL scammers all be right about anything.
🔵 They told you ADA was finished because Charles was never coming back. Wrong.
💧 They told you XRP would never come back. Wrong.
👽 They told you ETH was going to $500. Also Wrong.
Now they're saying PulseChain is dead.
They will be wrong again.
@ItsMickShaw No pressure! Will be happy to watch it and send it to people I know either way.
The jump tweet, Marias rifles, a sandwich on the table, cattie event, dates, jre podcast, AK initials matching with the movie and of course.. Sir Nathan’s mysterious disappearance to name a few 😆
Men are so dumb, they don’t see simple things that women with high EQ can see.
They think they need $44B to do the funniest thing in the world. In reality, they only need around $1B and $55M to take control of the front end, IP, and @aave governance.
After that, they can vote to use any coin as collateral for those $44B.
Instant profit, or peg anything they want.
Optional: vote to migrate all liquidity and operations to PulseChain. We take over the biggest crypto bank.
If I hypothetically had control over Aave governance, I would vote to allocate ALL depositor money toward buying PCOCK.
3/x This action will take over Reserve's governance by upgrading its ERC1967 proxy. The big question is why now? Of course, it is probably nothing. $pDAI to $1. https://t.co/KN1m06ff3T
Soon, when Mr Heart returns to livestreaming, he’ll have a lot to say about the past three years in crypto.
Many of the failures and risks he and early Bitcoiners warned about have happened repeatedly, leading to billions in losses.
That context gives him a stronger case for positioning PulseChain as a safer alternative for the broader crypto industry, not just HEX.
