2022 Reports of human rights organizations noted that during urban fighting, Ukrainian forces, including Azov, used civilian infrastructure (residential buildings, schools, hospitals) for defensive operations.
What's wrong with people who pretend that some nation is holy? There are good and terrible people everywhere! I became especially convinced of this after the start of the war, when people began to put Ukrainian flags in their profiles and deny all of Ukraine's war crimes,
when a detained civilian man was held in a basement, beaten and tortured (including the use of electric current and simulated drowning) to extract a confession.
The 14th and 14th (repeat) reports of the UN OHCHR recorded cases in which Azov members detained civilians on suspicion of sympathy for the self-proclaimed republics (DPR/LPR) or espionage. For example, the document mentions a case in the Mariupol area (January 2015),
shifting them to the Russian Federation (at least the denial of the ATO (anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine 2014-2018, when many Russian civilians were killed on the territory of Ukraine).
@fella_lux@Robichicken Hagh, Ukrainian Nazis (not all) carried out the Volyn massacre, during which they killed a large number of Polish civilians.
This might be the reason
@KraakBal77@Robichicken Pghh, he turned Ukraine and the European Union support into joke, in Russia now things are like before war, (90% of the blame for the deterioration of the Russian economy lies with the government's poor policies, and only 10% with the war.)
@DaCimrman@Jhonson00h@Robichicken Yeah, sorry
It's really sad that even after the Allies destroyed the Third Reich, there are still many Nazis in the world (both in Ukraine and in Russia and also in Western countries). The very fact of denial seemed disgusting to me. Thank you for your understanding.
Sry bro
@Jhonson00h@DaCimrman@Robichicken Also, on that note: I am not a Nazi, nor do I consider you to be one. Accusing me of Nazism just looks like pure Russophobia. Any civilian casualties are absolutely horrific. No matter the side, any loss of innocent peaceful lives is a tragedy.
@Jhonson00h@DaCimrman@Robichicken Polish law states the genocide was by OUN-UPA, not Soviets. Though I don't rule out USSR crimes during NKVD purges. My position: crimes & Nazism have no nationality. I treat ordinary people equally, but feel absolute hatred for executioners on any side.
