Pakistani mountaineer Salman Atique has successfully summited Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak. Salman reached the 8,848 metre summit at 11:49am today, becoming the 14th Pakistani to conquer Everest.

Based in Islamabad, Salman had also climbed Nepal’s Mount Manaslu last year, adding another remarkable achievement to his mountaineering journey.
