My love for her is timeless
She is warmth and enchanting hues
She is comfort, cinnamon spiced cocoaTopped with cream in your favourite mug.
Her Autumn colours are dazzling
I see the shine and feel it enrich my life

Today I am calm
Like a pool of deep clear water
And my flow runs deep
Today I am in tune with nature that surrounds me
Sun, sand and sea
celebrate the moments of tranquillity
stillness and breathing
finding the focus
I am alive and feeling.
