A thing I've noticed about high performers in sales:
They're obsessed with their craft outside of work hours.
Listening to call recordings on walks.
Reading about buyer psychology on weekends.
Testing new AI tools on Sunday afternoons.
It doesn't feel like work to them.
That's the tell.

One habit that changed how I approach Monday:
I write down my 3 non-negotiables for the week on Sunday night.
Not a to-do list. Non-negotiables.
The things that, if nothing else gets done, still make it a good week.

I recharge by reading about software and calling it rest. 🤷♀️

Friday brain dump — things I noticed this week:
1. Every prospect who said "send me more info" ghosted. Every one who asked a follow-up Q bought.
2. My best demo happened right after yoga. Coincidence? I think not.
3. AI wrote my first draft of 3 follow-ups. I rewrote them all. Still saved 45 min.
4. The reps who post online are getting inbounds. The ones who don’t are cold calling into the void.
5. PropTech Twitter is small. Everyone knows everyone. Show up with value.
