@JessLynnMoreno And don’t ask people on social media. Haha. I’m signing off today (technically they have always had it in their possession) but to avoid non- professional comments on my specialties. I’m on Instagram and LI. Best Regards👍😁

@JessLynnMoreno And most importantly…. Timing

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@JessLynnMoreno You need specific fat loss/cardiac training in combination with not just the type of food your eating (quality yes for your baby and body to heal fast) but how it’s made, quantities, how it’s cooked, what to do when you need a snack on the road

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Nick_Reiner @MedCramVideos @foundmyfitness No not exactly. This why I information is so difficult to share with three average joe. They get it from a gamer who likes fantasy drama while living in their parents basement conjures up the next rumor or watched too much msnbc etc

@NoOne23131214 @RedRockWesterly @EricTopol @CDCgov Read my friends. It’s a few characters.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@yanyaffit @Cleavon_MD I know but I thought Twitter didn’t go after physicians, nurses and those clean comedians. Instagram is good you’re right.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Cleavon_MD Total engagement and interactions were by Cleason md. ⬆️(4)

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Cleavon_MD I was hacked, and erased the message they sent after the third time in one year I sent asking their “hacked section” for help.
I was finally just answered no to my shock they said “do not send messages blah blah blah” and they quickly erased it; 3x in a row.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@yanyaffit It’s been three years…. Don’t let her waste her time. BEST REGARDS.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Cleavon_MD My post that is… three times then I realized ⬆️ whom I never met a cyber security dr. Twitter is being used for more than you think. 😦 Dr Cleavon made me want to work with only professionals again.

@NoOne23131214 @RedRockWesterly @EricTopol @CDCgov Regular hospital masks for the 30th time prevent spread of droplets. N95s (cost around five dollars for hospitals) protect you from air amd droplet disease except COVID microns went smaller than the vent anyway and you have to be fitted anyway.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@NoOne23131214 @RedRockWesterly @EricTopol @CDCgov That’s a gross habit I’ve yet to see yet. Mine go right in the laundry and no wearing it two days in a row. Hygiene is a term to learn. Lastly the country forgot what work ethic is and stared a “woke”
trend amongst sensitive people and 💩hit the fan.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@TheoVon That pitch

@RISKIQ_Global

My Twitter account has been hacked for a few years now. I patiently waited for a response from their help center three times over this time. The third time I was asked not to ask again then immediately blocked. Censorship in Twitter involves take over of accounts?

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

This is disconcerting. How much more will be taken off the constitution?

Penn State relied on their sturdy defense and quarterback Sean Clifford to turn back No. 22 Auburn, 28-20, and remain unbeaten. https://t.co/NGJBGh3yuF

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Cleavon_MD I meant how do you get back your own account… I am still weirded out by the connection no just made.

[Alyssa Dini @AlyssaDini]

@Cleavon_MD Thank you
