It blows my mind that @TorontoPolice would stay parked for hours (I’m pretty all day long - there when I left for work and well after I got back) in a bike lane. It is so clear they have little care for the safety of cyclists over and over. Shame.

There is constantly a car parked at the @krispykreme on Harbord at Bathurst in the #bikelane. Today…an ambulance (in wrong direction + no hazards on) with the EMT’s inside!

Yesterday AM walking from Palmerston to @UofT on Harbord, when I couldn’t walk on the sidewalk, I took to the bike lane which was cleared. How is someone with a mobility device, access needs, pushing a stroller, etc supposed to get around? We need a new framework. @DianneSaxe

@FlySwoop Your service is abysmal. No more DMing. You need to inform your staff so they have information to relay. They need to relay information and continue when updates exist. It’s simple. Then you need to compensate everyone for their troubles. No more keeping passengers in the dark.

After a wonderful extended weekend in Akumal, I learned my @FlySwoop flight was delayed leaving #CUN 5 hours at 4:37am Sunday to 10pm. No updates were given online for any further delay. Upon arrival at 7:15pm I learned of a flight cancelation. What happened next was a sh*t show.

The @FlySwoop were not given helpful information to share with us. They were not empowered, just sent to slaughter for what was happening out of Canada. People were confused and frustrated. We were told ONLY hotel and transportation would be covered and we could submit claims.

@FlySwoop said we’d be able to book hotels for up to $300USD. We had nothing in writing from the airline saying our flight was cancelled. Nothing saying when it would fly out today or about booking a hotel through Swoop’s offerings. It took til 9pm for that info.
