I am concerned that without the large group "fun" activities: 1. students will not be as motivated to master concepts quickly, 2. there will not be as many opportunities for small group settings in interventions because the kids have to go SOMEWHERE! #wlfaculty

Help a non-tested subject teacher out - does the state guide teachers on which standards are assessed on Rise? If we think something is essential but the state does not, how are we ever able to prepare our kids to be successful on High Stakes Tests? #wlfaculty

Intervention cont.: this would allow for a systematic RTI, where students would be required, not invited to participate (pg. 169) in intervention for every class 1x/week. Additionally, all subjects would have equal access for student interventions. #wlfaculty

Thoughts on intervention:
“But we can’t change our schedule is a baffling claim" (pg. 168). What if we had a different schedule each day where Mustang Time was attached to the period? Monday, 1st period intervention, Tuesday, 2nd period, etc #wlfaculty
