The lack of paying attention of their surroundings is what partially why caused this. When is technology too much?

This man drove into 3 cars, crashed into trees, then ran into the highway. This man didn’t seem stable and came after the cop. The cop could have shot him elsewhere to avoiddeath

@victoriaglaw This boys life is now changed forever and and will always suffer from this experience. The company should be #liable and accountable but I do not believe they will hold #responsibility. It is important they check through the model and make sure there is no default.

@Mattgcha Many grocery store are allowed to sell alcoholic beverage to customs so I feel that it is very similar to corner stores. What I believe is important for the cashiers is taking the #SmartServeCourse. This way they are certified.

@Mattgcha Drugs and medication need to be tested for safety and side affects in order for them to prescribed but this can be extremely dangerous to people and be life ending. Trying out medication must start somewhere and if the patient is will to try it they should have the #righttotry

@Mattgcha This nanny should have #lifeimprisonment as she end 2 infants lives. I believe this because her life should be taken away from her and spent in jail and that is to be nice. The kids haven’t even begun their lives, and were murdered under the responsibility of the nanny.

@LawMitskos Intruders, robbers, and murders will do anything at the cost of getting what they want and to not get caught. Even though his intentions may not have been to kill anyone he had a gun on him therefore #mensrea and #actusreus was in place.
