Nearly two months ago, we moved into our new headquarters. Today, we’d like to recognize the person who helped transform it from an office into a place that feels like home for the American Integrity family.
Angie Quinn, our EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, invested countless hours and tremendous care into every detail of the space. From selecting furniture and finishes to creating inviting gathering areas and a modern workspace, her vision helped shape a headquarters that reflects both who we are and where we’re headed.
Now, as the final touches continue to come together throughout the building, we’re reminded each day of the thoughtfulness, dedication, coordination and hard work that made this transition such a success. The result is a space that supports collaboration, strengthens our culture, and serves as a welcoming environment for nearly 400 employees.
Thank you, Angie, for your leadership throughout this process. We couldn’t be more grateful for your efforts.
It’s Day 2 of the 2026 Hurricane Season – and our team stands ready to help our agents and policyholders in the event of a storm.
Today, we hosted an interactive webinar with our agents to discuss how American Integrity prepares for a catastrophic weather event. Thanks to Ryan Hodges, our SVP of Risk Management, and several of our Claims leaders – including Trevor McDonald, Wayne Dennis, and Glen Gahrman – for sharing critical information about American Integrity’s response and beneficial tips for our mutual customers.
While we hope this year is as quiet as the one we experienced last year, all it takes is one hurricane for it to be an awful season. NOW is the time to have important policy discussions with your agent and prepare your home if the unexpected occurs.

When agents place business with a carrier, they are placing more than a policy. They are placing their reputation and the trust their clients have put in them.
For Mark Youngleson of Insurance Express, one of the things that stands out most about American Integrity is the confidence that comes from knowing policyholders will be well taken care of. He described it as a "set it and forget it" experience, allowing agents to place business with a carrier they trust to deliver exceptional service long after the policy is written.
Whether it's responsive underwriting, dependable claims service, or ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle, agents need a carrier they can trust to deliver on its promises. That confidence is what helps create stronger partnerships, better policyholder experiences, and lasting relationships.
Strong communication and responsiveness can make a lasting difference in a policyholder's experience, especially when questions need quick and clear answers.
Katherine Nolen’s professionalism, industry knowledge, and responsiveness continue to leave a positive impression on the customers she serves. Her approachable and supportive nature helps create a smooth experience from start to finish, making the process easier and more reassuring every step of the way.
Reviews like this are a reflection of the level of service our team works hard to provide every day, and we are grateful to Katherine for continuing to represent American Integrity so well.
June is National Safety Month, a time to focus on reducing preventable injuries and helping people create safer homes, workplaces, and communities.
For homeowners, safety often comes down to the small things: testing smoke alarms, checking fire extinguishers, trimming trees, reviewing emergency plans, securing outdoor items before severe weather, and addressing maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
At American Integrity, we believe preparation and prevention go hand in hand. While we are here when the unexpected happens, we also know that some of the most important steps homeowners can take occur long before a claim is ever filed.
As the 2026 hurricane season begins today, our Catastrophe Risk Analyst, Natalie Ferrari (who also happens to be an Emmy Award-winning meteorologist!), shares insights on what homeowners can expect, current tropical conditions, and what forecasters are watching closely.
Hurricane season officially begins in just three days, and while most preparation checklists focus on water, batteries, and supplies, your smartphone can be one of the most valuable tools you have before, during, and after a storm.
Apps that provide National Hurricane Center updates, weather alerts, gas availability, EV charging locations, home inventory tracking, medication management, and pet-friendly lodging can help you stay informed and organized when conditions change quickly.
Now is a good time to download the apps you may need, create accounts, and familiarize yourself with their features before a storm is on the radar. When hurricane season arrives, having the right information at your fingertips can be just as important as having the right supplies in your home.
Over the past year, Leo has become a special part of the American Integrity family, bringing plenty of smiles to the office while representing an even greater purpose through our partnership with @AmericasVetDogs.
Most recently, Leo joined us at our Town Hall alongside his puppy trainer, Tana Mason Crosby, where he showed off some of the skills he has been working so hard to learn.
On June 21, Leo will move into the next phase of his training as he continues his journey toward being placed with a veteran, active-duty service member, or first responder. While we will miss seeing him around the office, we are incredibly proud knowing the next chapter of his story will be spent making a difference in someone else’s life.
Wellness continues to be an important internal focus across American Integrity, and this month our team has found several ways to prioritize it together.
From healthy eating webinars to in-office chair massages and our new Bayport Walk/Run Club, this month’s wellness initiatives have focused on helping employees recharge, stay active, and spend time together outside of the normal workday.
Creating opportunities like these is one of the ways we continue investing in the well-being of our team and the culture we are building together at American Integrity.
Failure has a way of teaching lessons success never could.
In business, leadership, and life, the moments that challenge us often become the experiences that shape how we communicate, how we respond under pressure, and how we continue improving moving forward.
Supporting people through challenging and uncertain situations requires patience, perspective, and a willingness to keep learning through it all. The ability to grow from setbacks, adapt, and continue improving influences not only how we lead internally, but also how we serve our agents, policyholders, and communities.
This month, we are proud to recognize Annette Wyatt, Billing Specialist, for celebrating five years with American Integrity.
Over the last five years, Annette has been an important part of the team and we want to take an opportunity to recognize the dedication, consistency, and hard work she brings to the company every day.
Congratulations, Annette, on this milestone, and thank you for all you continue to contribute to American Integrity.
For repeat Diamond Performers Miranda Wood and Heather Hill of Brightway – The Lutz Agency, one of the biggest advantages of working with American Integrity has been the partnership with dedicated underwriters who give personalized reviews for each risk, looking beyond just the basic details to evaluate the overall quality and characteristics of the home.
The speed and ease of doing business, from quoting and binding policies to giving policyholders convenient online access to payments and policy information, has also been a huge plus.
For agents, having responsive underwriting support, efficient systems, and a carrier willing to work collaboratively can make a meaningful difference in today’s Florida market, which is why partnerships like these continue to matter.
Fast communication, efficiency, and strong service can make a major difference during the claims process, especially when homeowners are trying to navigate an unexpected loss.
In a recent Google review, Carol H. shared her appreciation for Claims Adjuster Jean-Luc Benoit, highlighting the speed, responsiveness, and excellent service he provided throughout the experience.
Feedback like this reinforces the care our claims team works to deliver every day, and we’re grateful to Jean-Luc for representing American Integrity with the level of service and professionalism our policyholders deserve.
The reviews keep rolling in...and we’re not mad about it!
Like Katherine, a constant recipient of 5-star reviews, we promise to stay humble.
If we’ve made your experience a positive one, we’d love to hear about it.
Memorial Day is more than the unofficial start of summer. This holiday is a solemn and important reminder of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country and the freedoms we enjoy every day.
Today, let us all pause to reflect on their courage, honor their memory, and remember the loved ones they left behind. Their service and sacrifice should never be forgotten.

As we recognize South Carolina Day, we are proud to continue growing our presence in the Palmetto State, honoring its place as the eighth state to ratify the United States Constitution in 1788.
Known for its rich history, coastal beauty, and strong sense of community, we are excited to build new relationships, support more homeowners, and continue bringing the same service and commitment that have long defined who we are as a company.
We are grateful to be part of such a special place and look forward to continuing to grow throughout the region.
Sun, sand, dodgeballs, relay races, and a little friendly competition made for a memorable day as members of the American Integrity team headed to Treasure Island for Tampa Bay’s annual Corporate SportsFest.
Bringing together more than 100 companies from across the area, the event featured everything from tug of war and beach volleyball to paddleboard racing, relays, dodgeball, and corn toss. While we may not have brought home any medals this year, our team still made impressive runs to the Elite 8 in dodgeball, the Finals in the relay race, and the Semi-Finals in corn toss.
More than anything, the day was a chance for employees from across the company to laugh, compete, cheer each other on, and spend time together outside of the office, reflecting our core value of Fun and the culture we continue to build at American Integrity.
