The High Court Civil Division has ordered @UCUniversity @uculaw to pay its former Guild President Samantha Mwesigye Ugx.100m in general damages for failing to transfer her first year law credits obtained from @KingsCollegeLon and irratiinally blocking her graduation. The verbal communication by the Vice Chancellor and the Dean School of law has been quashed. What a case in advancing the rights of students!!.
