@Delta Really really disappointed with the customer service. Delta has cancelled my flights and re routed me to another city. When I asked it to be changed to original flight, you guys are asking me to pay 1000$. Wow!!
@blrcustoms Hi sir. I have a legal document that was sent by my sister from NZ. Postal dept says we need to pay 1024₹ as customs duty. We have been trying to reach the dept since 2 days, with no response/help. They dont pick, or if they do, put us on hold until we disconnect.
@ACTFibernet I have been billed additional amount after paying for charges on the app. The customer service team is pathetic and rude. The tickets are being closed without even getting in touch. You guys leave no other choice but to raise a complaint with @consumerforum_
@Pramodh_93@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint again. If they close that ticket without providing a resolution, I will file a compliant in consumer forum. I have screenshot of all the chats. I even have the recording of conversations where the agents agreed that it is their app mistake.

@flyswiss Why is it that you are not allowing us to keep the ticket in open status when that is an option in almost all the major airlines? Its a major inconvenience since the visa is not yet issued for us. Asking us to constantly change the dates is not the right way. #nothappy
@SwiggyCares Order getting canceled due to operational reasons is okay. But your CS dept, specifically the supervisor is good for nothing. When agent transfers the call to supervisor, and that persons puts your call on hold for 25+ mins to avoid the call is not the right way of doing work.
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares The so called supervisor never came on call or provided a resolution. At the same time, place order with @zomato and they delivered within half an hour. Difference in the service provided.
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares Your customer service is deteriorating day by day. High time you pulled up your socks, or you will lose out on all your “valued customers”. Penalizing customers for your shortcomings is not the right way to conduct business.
