Dr. reiterates slow reaction time and that the evidence supports a history of traumatic brain injury. #CCAS

Adding slow strobe to the North Tower & a few other effects will be easy in spite of the original control board being burnt out. All 20 of my 3 MM red LEDs went to fix the bridge, most others good.
