@gtbank_help You guys debited me to the tune of 25,000. 20,000 on the 12th of October for Electricity Units that was never sent and 5,000 for data that was never credited. I made a complaint on your website since last week Friday.

@gtbank. I don't understand what you guys are doing. You wiped out all the transactions I have made this month and you put transactions that I have never seen nor done. Kindly note that I was debited to the tune of 20,000 without any service rendered and I expect my money back.

@IkejaElectric Good Morning. We haven't had light at Secretariat since 8.25pm on the 31st of May 2024. The light came back on by 12. 44pm but went off by 1.40am on the 1st of June 2024. The time is currently 7.20am and there is still no light.

@IkejaElectric Good Evening @IkejaElectric we at secretariat haven't seen light since 7.00pm on the 27th of May, 2024. It is 4.34pm and the light is still not back on. Where is your usual apology and reason for why this happened? We are patiently waiting.@NERCNG take note

@IkejaElectric As I write this. It is 4.43am and @IkejaElectric is yet to restore power to Secretarial Ikeja which means once again the minimum 20hrs light will not be achieved. @NERCNG . Please take note that this 2 consecutive days that @IkejaElectric has failed to live up to expectations

@IkejaElectric Good Morning Ikeja Electric, on Wednesday 22nd of May there was Power Outage by 5.15am due to the rain and the light didn't come back on until 10.10am. That same Wednesday, there Power Outage by 11.25pm which means you did not prove Secretariat with the minimum 20hrs light.
