From a societal perspective, our mission is clear: to equip the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and tools to survive, thrive, and lead a new era of African civilization.

One of the places I will visit is Ulm, Germany, the birthplace of Albert Einstein - not simply to study history, but to explore the ideas, systems, and environments that allow extraordinary human potential to emerge.

This journey is about bringing those lessons home.

In 10 years, we will build the greatest workforce in Africa.
