@BraciaRodzen Witajcie, ostatnio się zastanawiam, czy wytopiony tłuszcz wieprzowy to to samo co smalec? W fitatu mają inne makro, smalec 880 kal i 99 tłuszczu a tłuszcz wieprzowy 632 kal, 9.25 białka i 65.70 tłuszczu.
Zastanawiam się jak sobie odliczać po obróbce cieplnej
