I've only seen cerebral palsy kids and it makes me wonder if there are adults out there who grew up having CP but now live a near normal and independent life with the help of physiotherapy and getting the right care early.
Just curious.

The beautiful thing about physiotherapy is that sometimes clinical reasoning meets the personal story behind the patient.
During ward rounds on Monday, I had a patient with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in an Unresponsive Wakefulness Syndrome (vegetative state). Before commencing a session of Multimodal Sensory Stimulation as part of Coma Arousal Therapy, I spoke with the patient's wife to understand more about him (his interests, hobbies, and what truly meant something to him).
Her answer came without hesitation: "He's a die-hard Arsenal fan."
Coincidentally, Arsenal had just beaten Chelsea 2–1, so I played the match highlights during the visual stimulation component of the session to provide meaningful, emotionally relevant visual afferent input rather than using random videos.
Will it immediately restore consciousness? We cannot make that claim. But evidence and clinical reasoning suggest that personally meaningful stimuli may engage the brain more effectively than neutral stimuli, which is why understanding the person behind the diagnosis matters.
Rehabilitation is not just about protocols; it's about tailoring evidence-based interventions to the individual in front of you.
Applying what you've read and you know well is always interesting when using them to improve patients' wellbeing and quality of life.
If World Cup makes you the GOAT, we’d rate Mbappe over Messi, but it doesn’t. Ronaldo has written his name up there as the greatest and nothing can erase it. At this point, he has nothing to prove.
The greatest there was, is, and will ever be. Thanks for blessing our screens.❤️
I just finished playing water gun games with my younger brother and I must say, I was super happy and satisfied 😩. I miss being a child, the joy and happiness that comes with it 🥹
Try doing "childish" stuffs once in a while oo 😂
