@tasneemsummerk @cordonblues09 Agreed. I'm in Canada and we were told yogurt is fine at 6 months, and for example cereal/oats in milk. But also, don't give too much milk. But also, focus on iron after the first 6 months. But also, breastmilk/formula is their main source of nutrition until 1 year 🤯🤯🤯
