@PepeJeans This same thing was advised to pepe customer support. They told me they updated my number. The return happened, a refund link was shared with me but guess what? My number was not updated hence I can not receive the OTP and my money is still stuck. @marcellawartenburg

No one picks the call, blunt response to the emails, wrong registered number updated, no one picks up the calls, return Terminated without anyone coming for pickup and they keep giving 1-2 day timeline but no one shows up. It is getting irritating and I feel harassed.

I had another order from Nike and adidas and those guys were quick to respond and brilliant quality whereas you on the other hand cannot get orders picked up, no calls.
