Amazon is not far in the competition,
People have been calling it ScAmazon for a reason.

Also the delivery partners and the hub have the power to mark order as "Home closed", "Recipient didn't accept", "Recipient asked for reschedule" etc etc when they don't want to deliver.

@flipkartsupport I m waiting for my phone from last 26 September and delivery date was 30 September it's 6oct why it took so much time while unordered phones are able to reach in within 24hr then why my ordered phone still didn't come even after 6th day of actual date @jagograhakjago @ndtv

Ordered an iPhone 16 from @Flipkart, promised delivery on 30 September. After waiting the whole day, it got auto-delayed by 2 days! Been struggling for 48 hrs, still no delivery. Very frustrating experience #iPhone16 @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

@yabhishekhd That's what happened to me as well I pay 100% and now I m not getting my phone I ordered it on 26 September @Flipkart give delivery date on 30 sep not it's 5 Oct still they are making excuses ,I don't understand why brand like @Apple is not taking any action

Many users pre-booked the iPhone 16 Pro before Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale. Some couldn’t complete their purchase due to limited stock, while others faced cancellations for unclear reasons. A few even had their orders shipped to the nearest hub and then cancelled. This ended up being a total loss for buyers and an easy ₹5,000 flat profit per undelivered order for Flipkart — really disappointing practice.
