On Friday I was called to the CDC classroom where they handed me these cards and sang to me. I waited until yesterday to look at them because I knew I’d be working most of the day. I love all my kiddos but my CDC kids have a special place in my heart.
@LeticiaTrower For PDFs, I screenshot it, paste the “picture” into Google Drawings, and download as a png. Then I open Google Slides and upload the png as a background. Lastly, I create colored text boxes where students are to record their answers. Works very well and no addl software needed.
@ReeseW Brought back Home Ec. It’s not easy rebuilding a program. I cannot tell you how many students need this course. Watching students eat ramen noodles because they don’t know how to cook anything else saddens me.

It’s not complete but it’s a start. Located right next to my projector screen at the front of my room. Pockets are labeled: Love, Courage, Confidence, Hope, and Patience. https://t.co/o7T7HyUtPh
Quite possibly the BEST evaluation I’ve ever had. I have some really great kiddos. Out of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Ss, these 6th graders keep me laughing and make my job not even feel like work. Love all my “friends and family members”.

No drama. Please wear masks! After almost 3 weeks caring for 2 w/Covid in isolation & quarantine teaching from home, I don’t want it back in my house. Thankfully everyone has recovered and I was negative the whole time.
When it is the end of the quarter, grades are done but we still have three days of remote school... Time to get creative for a virtual holiday party. Feel free to use/share with others! https://t.co/rd9jy5LOtJ
