@JHowardBrainMD I remember having chicken pox at 6 or 7, and staying away from people, and the general vibe being that it sucked I had brought it home from school to my 2 siblings and aunt who hadn’t yet had it. I don’t think infecting others was encouraged. This was in 1989, I believe.
