We continue to practise mindfulness for #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek. Blowing bubbles is an activity for promoting positivity, and it helps children become more caring because they have to be very gentle to make the bubbles. This is a sensory experience that helps children relax.

Congratulations to our Swim Team for an outstanding performance in FOBISIA Swimming competition at Bangkok Patana. Our children won 10 individual medals: 5 bronze, 5 silver, and the Boys' 9-10 Relay Team won gold in both relay finals.
