@DVLAgovuk after waiting 15 weeks my daughters application for provisional was send back for more ID, this was sent 5 weeks ago & ID returned. Still no provisional. I was told she wouldn’t have to wait another 10 weeks as process started! Where is it?

@JosephClaro5 @DVLAgovuk I called them chasing last application. They said need more ID & sent it back but that it wouldn’t take as long once more ID received- obviously not

@DVLAgovuk My Daughters provisional license says it’s still awaiting return & online says your processing the 28th September but she sent hers back before this, so where is it? Can’t get through to anyone. She needs her birth certificate back for work purposes.
