It was our intention that the Highland Valley Forage would proceed as planned in late October but given the uncertainty of the Covid 19 situation we have made the difficult decision to move to Sat 20 and Sun 21 Nov. We hope to see you on the track.

INTERNATIONAL RED PANDA DAY
Today we celebrate the adorable mammals who live in the trees of the Himalaya Mountains. Why? Well they are not Australian natives but they are one our favourite species to rival the cuteness of a quokka!
We wanted to introduce to you the team at Bangalay Dining
In March, Simon and Ronnie made their first appearance at the Highland Valley Forage. We are excited to see what menu item they have planned for our Spring foragers.

How good is Australia?
We absolutely LOVE what the team from Outback Cleanups Australia is doing for our nation. With a mission to clean up our country, they've already picked up more than 60,00kg of rubbish (mostly from remote locations).
How many of us can say that lockdown has changed our habits to learn a new skill and making a sneaky cocktail (or two) at home? β
At our last forage, our guests experienced an explosion of flavours from Trolley'd.
Do you dare try their foraged cocktails?

What to Eat with Pinot Noir?
Pinot Noir is one of our region's flagship grapes, known for our cool climate varietals. The question is, what goes well with this delicious drop? This red pairs nicely with duck dishes, lamb shanks and rack of lamb and stews like boeuf bourguignon.
