For this week’s lesson, my mom and I reviewed our custom workout that we’ve been building and went through a couple of the moves to refresh her memory. We then decided to add a few more ab workout moves, but it’s pretty much complete! 💪🏻😃 @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults

This week, I taught my mom how to use the Wii Fit! It was a lot of fun, and there were lots of moves that we will be adding to our custom workout! We think it’s almost complete 💪🏻😁 @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults

This week, my mom and I searched for new cardio moves by using the game Just Dance! It was lots of fun teaching her how to play, and we found some great additions for our workout💪🏻😄 @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults

For this week’s lesson, my mom and I decided to change things up and exercise! We did a cardio workout together and discussed which moves we are going to incorporate into a full body workout that we will make as the weeks continue! @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults

This week, I helped my mom set up her iPad, showing her how to link her Apple account to it and guiding her through tips to make using it easier! I also created a reference sheet with everything we went over for her to look back at 😁😊 @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults

This week, we continued with photography through exploring how to take different types of shots, such as rule of thirds and bug’s eye view, while using Manual Mode! 😁 We also continued with the Christmas theme 🎄 @YEPeducation #LetsTeachAdults
