BREAKING: Cape Coral police announce a 2nd teen arrested in the murder of 15-year-old Kayla-Rincon Miller. Police arrested Chrostopher Horne, jr as principal to a homicide while engaged in robbery. Chief wouldn't say if Horne was the shooter, but says more arrests imminent.
