All districts working to address the needs of students with disabilities. @scottelliott_nc says they're looking for safe locations where teachers, therapists can safely meet with parents and students with special needs. Some students' needs cannot be met remotely.
In Watauga County, Superintendent @scottelliott_nc says three areas need to be focused on: rural broadband and places where kids do not have access to broadband or even cell phone service, economic inequities and childcare needs, as well as providing students the meals they need.
