Sky fiasco continues. After complaints over 7 hours of phonecalls we got told an open reach engineer would be here between 8-1. Rang at 2pm as no engineer. Still on now at 7.30pm. Been on current call another half hour. The Customer service is so bad it is mind blowing.

Makes me wonder how many people are genuinely ill as it looks like it only takes an England match to cure the masses and free up the car parks. Lots of people not even turning up for appointments. @SunderlandRoyal underland
