Long post .... I am so proud of what my cycle class achieved today - Stephanie Osborne Kerry Mavris Louise Pegrum and Lara all got their 25k key rings - Tom Reynolds joined the 30k group. My mum hit 11k, keep up the good work keep up the training sessions 💕😘
