@drjasonfung @eatright I'm a type 1 diabetic. I've been able to cut my insulin use in half while lowering my average A1C from 6.8 to 4.9. I feel amazing without all the rollercoaster highs and lows. Have also lost 20 pounds in past three months which is icing on the proverbial cake.
