@scipio241@nomadjaden Did you call the cancellation number? I found somewhere where if we don’t call that specific number, they won’t cancel it. I’m filing fraud papers with my bank. Took my $ and ghosted me. New modem and sim doesn’t work.
@nomadjaden Don’t buy these. They don’t work. They send a dead SIM card you mess you out of the trial. Been 4 days of my trial and they still haven’t activated it or let me return. 5g is unlimited but 4g is NOT. I should have 5g at my home- my phone does- but this junk does not
@nomadjaden It never worked to start with. It did for a few min and told me I was on a 10gb plan. What a rip off. Can’t even send it back because no one replies. Maybe hire more staff with the $ you’re ripping us off with?
@nomadjaden I bought the NEW nomad air and it doesn’t work at all. I’ve been messaging customer support for days and it’s not fixed. I only get 7 days to try it and it’s been 4 days of nothing! Get someone to respond!
