@BNBuzz It has been confirmed that @LaserShip has lost my package. Why do you continue to use them as a shipping partner when they have a 1 star rating on the better business bureau and THOUSANDS of bad reviews.

Typical. Won’t be getting help from @LaserShip Hi Amanda, Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Still no help from @LaserShip or @BNBuzz it you have to shop from them make sure you go in the store. While they insist on using this delivery service it’s unlikely you will get your order.

Package with birthday gifts has been left @ @LaserShip warehouse for 4 days with no update they said they’re “looking into it” @BNBuzz told me I have to wait until the 21st until they will help me ? Canceling my membership & never purchasing from them again.

@BNBuzz can you stop using @LaserShip ? There is a problem every time! I placed another order & of course it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my items. I’m tired of spending countless hours contacting customer service etc. I wont be placing orders while you use them.
