@grantshapps @BorisJohnson @sajidjavid will you be putting pressure on companies to give refunds for day 2 pcr travel tests that have been purchased and now not required. @RandoxOfficial are flatly refusing refunds leaving many families out of pocket having paid for unnecessary testing kits.

@grantshapps Will the test companies have to give full refunds for tests already purchased that are no longer needed. I’ve already spent almost £400 on tests for a family holiday which are now not going to be needed.

@Chris_Rhodes4 @christian_b86 @HM_Passport Who did you call, I am in a similar situation but have been told they don’t allow you to collect as it’s a secure location. They’ve had mine for 9 days now and I’m just banging my head against a brick wall every day.

@ASOS_HeretoHelp Ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for next day delivery and nothing has been received. Tracking with @Hermesparcels hasn’t updated in over 2 weeks!! no way of contacting @ASOS or @Hermesparcels as they don’t answer their phones, emails or messenger #badservice #delivery
