@TNLUK hi, we won £12 on a scratch card which we took back into @Morrisons to collect. The lady said it scanned at £4 yet could clearly see there were 3 blue coloured £2. She refused to hand over the winnings so my dad left, went elsewhere only to be told it had been paid out.
