@SunPower @Ad_EnergyNJ Generating power yet see absolutely no credit from SCE! Cant get a supervisor on the line, won't send anyone out. Was basically told by "Kate" there was nothing that could be done. Yet we keep paying for solar. Terrible company and even worse customer service! Stay away!

@SunPower why is it so hard to get in touch with a supervisor! Our system says generating but we are not receiving any credits! For months now! Kate was of no help at all. Contacting Attorney Generals office today! We are paying yet receiving no benefits. Terrible company & CS

@TMobile 30 min on hold waiting for supervisor, then disconnected.😳 Couldn’t even get a call back? May be time to Un-Carry myself. Simple issue, turned into rocket science, been trying to get this resolved for months!😡🤬 how do u treat 9yr customers @ATT @Verizon

@madebygoogle It is the Google Connect! Have done all of resetting, rebooting, even with through it with customer support. Only after all that to be told it’s the Connect, but they can’t ship one. Even though @Google sells them. Lock works fine,

@Google so I buy the Nest Yale lock. Works 3 hrs, goes offline. Nest Connect won’t connect. Spend next 5 days troubleshooting, resetting, etc. Finally get someone to contact me, 40 min later told to take back to store!?!?! 🤬 You can’t replace your own part? Terrible product
