AC is not working in the local train from Virar to Churchgate - 7.59 AM
Even after speaking to motorman, it’s not working.

The current situation is highly unsatisfactory. A special train 09061 has been arranged using stacked ICF coaches, which by design require generator-based power backup. However this train has no such power backup, leading to major disruptions whenever the train stops.

I just got a call from my mother and two TTE came to B8 coach and I spoke to them on call, Ishwar Sagar and Kunal Shami and they have denied to provide GC Number and other necessary details to file TDR for refund process.

@RailwaySeva I have raised the complaint multiple times right from morning and it’s getting closed automatically without even informing us what action is being taken.
We just EC details to file TDR for refund which TTE is denying to give nor he is coming in coach B8 now. Who is responsible?

This negligence and lack of coordination is causing immense inconvenience to passengers and urgent corrective action is required with refund.
My parents are currently in the train and they are literally suffering.
