As a freelancer, one of the first things you should do is create a calendly link, to send to your clients for scheduling calls.

Your free time is not anybody else's to control. Not working as a 9-5 employee does not make your whole day a work day.

So, while breaks may not seem to be necessary for u atm, practicing some form of detachment from being that creator always, and practicing BEING PRESENT NOW, would give you so much more peace + perspective than you realize 🧘‍♀

She said: Distance urself from ur work after completing what u think is the final draft. Come back to it after a day or two. That's when u see the errors the best 🙌
