I've been using Deciml for quite some time, but this has been a disappointing experience. I requested a withdrawal on 27 July and was informed it would be credited within 3–4 working days. I still haven't received the funds.

Ordered groceries on @ZeptoNow. Delivery partner called, I asked him to come up via lift to the 4th floor. He disconnected and CANCELLED the order.

Raised a complaint — got the same copy-paste response every single time, no investigation, no accountability.
