COACHES TAKE NOTES. Phil Jackson was a GREAT coach BECAUSE he knew his players/how to manage personalities. He has extremely high EQ. Good X’s & O’s but his EQ is his strength. Most coaches think it’s about basketball. ITS NOT. RELATE to your players 2 maximize their abilities.
